Mitchell

Mitchell was a great, responsive dog tonight in training with Regina, his handler and an SPCA staff member. Everyone's grown to love Mitch because he's always smiling and looking happy to see you. He was listening well and enjoyed learning some new things, like how to "stand" on command! He didn't bark once and stayed happy and joyful the whole hour. Check back weekly for his progress, or better yet, come meet him and take him home! You can bring him to class for only $10!

Mitch Man, as I like to call him, was a super star tonight. He knows his name really, really well and loves working with Regina. He is such a happy boy, his tail never, ever stops wagging. He's great for a home with kids, cats and could live with the right dog. He's good in the car, and has just the right amount of energy for an active family. After this training class, he'll be PERFECT!

Mitchell loves to "down"- he throws himself on the floor like a ton of bricks! He was happy to see all the dogs and really walks well on the leash now with his training collar. He's so super cute and Mitch Man always has a smile on his face. He began the basics of "stay" this week and Regina will have her work cut out for her getting him to stop following her around long enough to stay put! Just a big ball of love...

Mitchell got adopted so his new mom and dad brought him to the remainder of the classes. His won for the best "heel" and is turning out to be a GREAT family pet! Adopt one of his homeless friends today!
